Delete your Colorverse account

A parent can initiate deletion from parent-gated Settings in the Colorverse app or securely on this page after signing in. Support is an assisted fallback, not the only method.

What deletion covers

Colorverse removes the profile, Firebase sign-in, projects, books, uploads, generated assets, libraries, jobs, invitations, and account-owned RSVP data within 30 days. Logs and backups are isolated from active use, with compliance-release limits of 30 days for logs and 35 days for backups.

A non-personal tombstone remains for 90 days. Legally required payment and tax records may remain for up to 7 years without creative content. Independent shared copies remain without the original owner’s identity or ownership link.

Local artwork and Sign in with Apple

The app clears local account artwork after acceptance; device backups follow Apple settings. Missing Apple revocation material does not delay Colorverse or Firebase deletion, and support provides Apple’s manual revocation guidance.

If an accepted request remains pending for 7 days, ask support to escalate it using only the opaque request ID.
