For product, account, purchase, or generation help, email support@colorversebooks.com. Never send passwords, tokens, child content, photos, or sensitive files by email.
Sign-in and account recovery
Use Sign in with the same email, Google, or Apple provider used to create the account. Email/password accounts can use Forgot password; Google-only and Apple-only accounts should continue with that provider.
Account deletion help
Start deletion in the iOS/iPadOS parent settings or on the account deletion page. Accepted requests complete within 30 days. If a request remains pending after 7 days, email support@colorversebooks.com with only the opaque request ID for escalation.
If account access is unavailable, support can assist using safe account and provider checks and will never request credentials or family content by email.
