Refund

Colorverse uses a preview-first flow so parents can review the direction before unlocking a paid digital book or invitation.

If checkout succeeds but a download, invite, RSVP link, or account access fails, contact us and we will help restore access or review a refund.

Because unlocked products are digital downloads and services, completed successful unlocks are generally not refundable unless there is a delivery or account-access problem.
